How quickly can you come out for an estimate?
Most estimates are scheduled within a few days. For emergencies — a tree on your house, blocking your driveway, or threatening power lines — we can often come the same day. Call (978) 375-2272 and we'll work around your schedule.
What information do you need for an estimate?
Just your address and a general idea of the job — how many trees, roughly how big, and what you need done (removal, pruning, stump grinding). If you can send a photo that helps too, but it's not required. We'll figure out the details on site.
Do you give estimates over the phone?
We can give you a rough ballpark over the phone based on what you describe. For an accurate quote, we come out and look at the job in person — tree size, access, proximity to structures, and any complications all factor into the price. The on-site estimate is always free.
What if I get a cheaper quote from someone else?
We encourage you to get multiple quotes. Just make sure the other company is licensed, insured, and has workers' comp coverage. The cheapest quote isn't always the best — especially when a 60-foot tree is hanging over your house. We compete on trust, experience, and doing the job right.
